I was really struggling with my living room colors.  I love my cranberry carpet and my peach color wall, but I just did not know how to bring them together.  My friends and family would tell me to either get rid of the carpet or repaint the walls because they just don’t match.  After consulting with D’Wana and discussing with her my dilemma, she immediately came up with an inexpensive solution.... chair covers!  When I saw the finished product, I was stunned and pleasantly surprised.  I have a total new living room that is simply gorgeous.  I didn’t even recognize it.  My sofas look fabulous and brand new.  D’Wana has figured a way to incorporate colors that blended well with my cranberry carpet and peach color walls.  Everything she incorporated made a perfect marriage.  Now when my friends and family come over, they cannot believe it’s the same living room. "Before my room make over, I thought this project would be impossible. Before I went away to school it had already become cluttered, but when I moved back home after graduating, the clutter intensified 10xs more. My room had officially become a storage place with a bed for me to sleep in. For the past few years, I've dreamed of having an adult room. I've had the same decor since I was 12 years old and was more than ready for a change.

When D’Wana said she would redesign my room, I thought the idea was great. I must admit, I knew my room would be the most challenging! D’Wana suggested changing from carpet to wood floors, painting the entire room 3 different colors for a bold statement, and using accessories. It all sounded awesome and I could not wait to see the outcome.

When the painting was finished, floors were done, shelves, accessories, and final touches were all completed, I fell in love! I had the adult room I dreamed of! The candles, bedding, paintings, frames, and vases all fit my personality. When I showed pictures of my new room to my friends, they all thought I had moved out; they loved it as well. It's like one of the rooms you see in a home magazine, or the finish product of a room shown on one of those shows on HGTV.

"After our son moved into his own apartment, we had no clue what to do with our extra bedroom. It's been blue and boyish for so many years, it was pretty hard for us to envision any other way. When we approached D’Wana about making the bedroom over we were more than thrilled and excited to see what she had in mind.

We are completely in love with our new "guest bedroom”! What we love about it the most are the funky, modern headboards that D’Wana personally created herself! The bright splashes of orange, light blue pops, mixed with the chocolate color panels and other fall inspired colors come together perfectly! It gives off a warm and welcoming ambiance, while showcasing today's popular patterns and color combinations. We cannot wait to see our son's reaction! He probably won't even recognize that this room once belonged to him.”
